REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

By subscribing to our platform, you agree to the terms listed below.


1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for our subscription plans are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Yearly subscription fees
  • Add-on services
  • Setup charges (if any)

We do not provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • You no longer need the service
  • You changed your mind
  • You were unable to use the platform properly
  • You did not cancel your subscription before renewal
  • You forgot or delayed login after payment

Our system resources are allocated immediately after payment, so we cannot offer refunds.


2. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to Billing / Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

Once canceled:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of the billing period
  • No further charges will be applied
  • No refunds will be issued for remaining days in the billing cycle

3. Auto-Renewal Policy

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled manually.

  • If your card or UPI fails at renewal, your account may be paused
  • You may re-activate your account anytime by completing the payment

We send reminders before renewal where applicable, but the responsibility to manage your subscription remains with you.


4. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, you may request assistance.

We will review:

  • Payment proof
  • Transaction ID
  • Date and time

If verified as a duplicate, the excess amount may be refunded or adjusted into future billing.

5. Service Downtime or Technical Issues

However, we are not liable for refunds due to:

  • Server downtime
  • Maintenance
  • Internet issues at your side
  • Configuration errors made by the business owner

No refund will be issued for temporary performance issues.


6. Business Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to:

  • Violation of Terms
  • Illegal services
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of customer data

7. Change of Business Ownership

Refunds are not provided if:

  • You sell your business
  • You transfer ownership
  • You stop operating your salon/parlour/clinic

You may update account details, but payments remain non-refundable.
