We are not responsible for employee mistakes or misuse.
6. Customer Bookings
- Customers book directly with you, not with us.
- All disputes, cancellations, no-shows, and service quality issues are your responsibility.
- We do not guarantee customer attendance or payment.
- “Pay at shop/clinic” bookings are your responsibility to manage.
7. Business Responsibilities
Your business must ensure that:
- Services listed are legal and safe
- Staff are qualified
- Pricing is accurate
- Appointment times are respected
- Customer data is handled securely
We are not responsible for service quality, pricing mistakes, or operational issues in your business.
